I'm actually surprised that any slowdown has continued, if it fact that is the case. They're risking millions of dollars of liability, including personal liability to the union leaders. That tends to encourage the participants to behave themselves.
AA 42 ORD to VCE was cancelled last night. AA rolling delayed from 7:40pm to 3:30am before finally canceling. They changed the gate 9 times and there was no order with how it was handled by ORD agents.

Issue was stated as no crew
