Had this issue this past week on NRT-YVR (on a 789). Cabin crew tried the 3-2-1 once, did not work, then just a shrug and gave up. (Otherwise great crew.)

What would be the best way to report this to AC, and what should I be expecting? (Not an Aeroplan member here. Award J. (LH & UA star gold). Thanks!
