This is normal. An agent explained this to me -- they are simply booking the room at the full price to take it or of inventory. Within a matter of hours, it gets manually updated to the correct price.

The issue is that the agent applying the TSU can block the room, but can't change the rate. So they get the suite at the "suite rate" and it goes into a queue where people who can adjust the rate change the rate back. It could certainly be implemented and displayed better but it's really not that big of a deal. At the end of the day you get your suite at the correct price.
