Yes the receipt record in the 'My Trips' section only goes so far back (and I notice doesn't show optional extras on the receipts such as plus fare extras....). The twitter team are pretty good at getting back to people maybe try them. I'm sure it can be done but might just have to deal with some hassle from EI customer services.
