I’ve noticed TK awards now come as first class (O bucket) rather than business. As far as I remember TK does not have a first class cabin. I imagine these can be booked over the phone for the correct mileage?

I suppose it's a good thing as it allows you to use them in combination with real F(O) flights without price increase. And it helps in more FFPs.
