My club membership dropped off of my subscription list a little under a week after I initiated the credit card downgrade. When I'm looking at the membership on united.com, they include the $50 initiation fee as a part of the cost. I'm hoping that I can get an agent to waive it when I sign up in a couple of weeks since it would still be less than 30 days since it expired.
