I'm skeptical of most Vegas deals because of hidden fees and bogus availability limitations, but if that one is really only blacked out for Super Bowl and New Year's, that's actually a pretty solid deal.
I got the Ceaear's Palace deal last year and didn't have to pay resort fee or taxes / hidden charges. I believe it was $475 and included $150 dining credit, $150 spa credit, roundtrip limo from airport, and in round champagne (which turned out be $8 bottle lol). We used it on weekend in Sept when rates were $300 per night (would had been close to $400 with resort fee and taxes included).
