I'm not sure how that figures, most customers aren't stewing about complaining about the lousy lounges. its not like anyone is in a different position except LY. This last trip I didn't even bother with the DAN lounge.
I usually don't bother either, I arrive to the airport late enough to not have much time to "spare", if everything goes smoothly I like to browse around the electronic shop for a bit, then if the lounge in the concourse I'm flying out of is open I might go and grab a bottle of juice and head to the gate.
