OSS has nothing to do with the topic being discussed. Baggage issues relate to the ITD agreement between the CBSA and AC. OSS is related to pre-boarding screening standards and is the bailiwick of CATSA. Currently only baggage carried on certain AC and TS flights are inducted into the ITD system.

OP: You will need to collect your baggage on the carousel serving LX86 and provide it to Air Canada after crossing the CBSA exit. Your bag will be tagged to YTZ but will not make it there without your direct intervention. Declare your overage (if any) and visit the CBSA cashier next to carousel 10 to take care of the payment (if required).
