I am a HH gold and secured 7 rooms at the Hilton Dalian with dates coinciding with a major conference using my company corp code.

received an email from the hotel saying they do not accept corporate rate booking during that period and will cancel my bookings in 3 days. Offering their best available rate as an alternative.

any advise on whether they are allowed to do this?
