I would suggest against any options against live streaming.

Live streaming require a reliable internet source, which may not be available during the ceremony. Also - there is practically no opportunity for troubleshooting in case of a problem (i.e. do you care about the ceremony more, or those who are watching?).

There are simply too many potential problems for live streaming that traditional video recording is a better method.

Also - a small suggestion - you can send the video in a removable media to those who can't come as a token of appreciation.
