Does DUB-SEA flight use USPC?
Can someone confirm whether DUB-SEA EI143 uses U.S. Pre Clearance? As the flight departs 4 p.m. I've read that later departing flights do not use USPC as ICE/CBP shut down after so many hours. I have not been able to find the USPC operating hours and days at DUB.
It's the main reason, besides the non-stop convenience, that I would use EI DUB, i.e. to avoid the horrendous ICE lines at SEA. If not then I'd have to engineer an earlier flight with a connection like ORD.
