Does DUB-SEA flight use USPC?

Can someone confirm whether DUB-SEA EI143 uses U.S. Pre Clearance? As the flight departs 4 p.m. I've read that later departing flights do not use USPC as ICE/CBP shut down after so many hours. I have not been able to find the USPC operating hours and days at DUB.

It's the main reason, besides the non-stop convenience, that I would use EI DUB, i.e. to avoid the horrendous ICE lines at SEA. If not then I'd have to engineer an earlier flight with a connection like ORD.

Thank you in advance.

It looks like the US Customs and Border Protection website quotes Preclearance wait times at DUB between 2-3:30pm so it's likely the DUB-SEA flight is eligible. That being said, even if Preclearance is closed, why connect in the US (esp. ORD where you have to deal with temporary shuttle bus between terminals) which adds at least two hours to your overall journey and you will have to re-check your luggage?

EI can answer this for you definitively for your specific flight date.

Flew this route the end of March and had pre-clearance. Fairly quick to get through at that time of the day as well.

Lets be careful here
All EI operated flights are scheduled to pre clear, as do all Delta, UA, American, Norwegian. On very rare occasions if there is a serious delay to a flight may not pre clear

Ethiopian and there former LAX route do NOT pre clear

But that no longer operates; and no passengers leave/join ET's remaining services to the US that have a fuel stop at DUB.

Therefore, the statement that all regularly-scheduled flights to the US preclear at DUB is correct.
