FYI... If you are based in the United States... You can route both ways via JFK or LAX.... SAL-JFK-TPE is $2,392 versus $5,611 from JFK-TPE... 12 hour overnight layover makes it easy to oversleep the last segment... Flight ex-SAL leaves 3:10 PM so lot's of opportunities for in-bound flights...
