I am sorry to hear that.
I was surprised that I did not see many posts on FT about the points not being posted, which got me thinking that there may not be any Hilton-wide issues.
I just spoke to the Diamond Desk again, and they still insisted that there was a system issue but that it only affected some customers (you and me?
). I just can't believe that it is taking them so long to fix it if you're saying that your issues started in mid-April.
