Please tell me there is more to this story. Unless she posed a clear threat to herself or others, this was one hell of a power trip.

Like many people on FlyerTalk, I can recite the video word-for-word in multiple languages. I try to be polite and and at least pretend to watch it. And I'm usually the only person paying even the slightest bit of attention. But--really--could they just ask me to take a quiz, and I could be exempted for a while?
According to the article it sounds like she was using her cell phone during the safety briefing. Of course if the airline tossed everyone that didn't pay attention, there would be more room in coach..
