Waiting for trays is really höpöhöpö. All on one and that's it.
When it takes the crew 90 minutes to bring that tray, like on my recent JFK-HEL, you can't really talk about efficiency anymore. If service were efficient, they would have served all three courses in that 90 minutes, without any trays...
