First time United Flyer :/
I am trying to upgrade a SFO-MEX flight for US$159. I have tired the website but despite setting my location as Hong Kong it still requires an USA based credit card address? I have also tried with the App with no luck (including Apple Pay).
Any idea how I can proceed? The booking was made through a Hong Kong travel agency as part of a 6 segment trip consisting of OW and *A on the same PNR.
