That's interesting--I fly BWI-ATL a lot & the bags usually don't take that long--I think a primary reason is that the WN Gates are farther from baggage claim then the DL gates, so by the time you catch the train, or even walk, bags usually come out shortly thereafter.

Now BWI on the other hand....consistently the worst with checked baggage times I've ever seen.

Of course I browsed the DL thread about their 20 min bag guarantee...if only we could wish.
