Recently at PIT I waited 35 minutes for bags to start coming out (after getting off the BWI-PIT flight which is 35 minutes of flying time). This is while standing next to the DL belt where the bags started coming out before anyone from that flight even arrived...

I think the OP's experience in ATL is representative of WN in general recently.
