Any idea how easy it is to get compensation out of Aeroflot for a clean set of clothes and toiletries? The airport staff said I would have to contact Aeroflot as they were not authorized to discuss this.
Thank you for following up. As mentioned in other thread, I have never received anything from Aeroflot for delayed bags. Ymmv, so I'd be keen to hear if and how you get compensation for emergency purchases.
