From what I remember, originally it was going to be a higher end IHG outlet on the site. But that was back around 2008 - 2013 when “Tiger Developments” were going to be the developer with “Interserve”.

I think there was a revised plan submitted last year or earlier this year and can’t remember if any specific chain was mentioned.?
