star alliance seat upgrade error | 2 pax on pnr but only want o u/g 1
travelling with a friend on TK from YUL-->IST and looking to use some of my A3 miles to (try and) upgrade.
unfortunately we are both on the same PNR and though I only want to upgrade MY seat, i receive the error message: 528 Mismatch between request and number of passengers in booking.
is this something i need to phone in to do? is it even doable?!
