I have incurred around 400 GBP for the delay in baggage for 2 days. HKG/SVO/LED I have claimed the insurance of 300 GBP. I have filed a separate claim for SU under Montreal Convention. Since I got my claim from the insurance for 300 GBP. I amend the claim for around 100 GBP. They told me under company policy, there is no claim for the remaining 100 GBP. Is it common practice that I could not claim the shortfall?
