Some of the comments to the comment policy post are interesting. Some folks seem to be disappointed that a poster called "Debit" has been banned - apparently Debit was a troll but one that at least some folks still found entertaining?
With these sort of "cleanup" actions by the blog, I can't help but wonder if Ben is trying to pretty things up, to improve his odds of selling out in the future.
Have been thinking the same in light of the fact that he seems less likely to do the blatant selling that TPG does and he used to do,and now is realizing life spent on planes isn't really life at all-- neither of which will allow the blog to keep up its financial pace (to the extent the devaluation of miles and the domination of the blogs by Bankrate haven't already made it harder)
