A few years ago, I remember using automated passport kiosks to enter the US. However, last week, returning to the US from a British Airways flight, I entered a room that had the snaking lines of people but I didn't see the kiosks. Meanwhile, I used Global Entry for the first time and thanked myself for getting it. Did they remove the kiosks or did I not notice them or are there different rooms where entering passengers go and this one didn't have the kiosks? Thank you.
