I wonder about that. I suspect that most of their traffic is connecting flights to other european destinations, where there is plenty of competition. It wouldn't surprise me to see flights terminating in Iceland go up. It might even end up being cheaper to connect than to stop.
But, both types of awards (to iceland and to the rest of europe) went up by the same amount.
