I've never done it on a three cabin aircraft, but I can reliably get my name on both lists on two cabin aircraft.

I believe deadheading pilots only show on the J list, at the top, as they're basically GTE.

Deadheading FAs would be GTE in Y, and after eUps for higher cabins.
