I have been a fan of this resort since we first attended with two families in 2014. Have been three times, but have not been back very recently.

During what period did the GM you dislike reside at the property? And do you happen to know how long the new one has been there? I'm trying to figure out whose reign our various stays might have overlapped with. TIA!
