As noted, either call to request seats or try it in the mobile app. That has worked for me.

This is EXACTLY the type of message I’m getting. It makes no sense to me.

Yes, everything has fully ticketed and issued.

No worries, I’ll just give them a call in the next couple of days. The flights aren’t until February.
