KARFA 's post upthread a couple of days ago, I caught up with it again now, when verdicts are flowing in on the new items.
I'm not sure what the implications are of the explicit description of parts of the asparagus dish. It's said to be
served with a poached hen’s egg.
Are we to understand that other eggs on the menu have a different origin? Is there a choice option between species?
