Sixt paying the ticket would effectively deny your ability to contest the ticket which many renters would not appreciate nor should Sixt plea guilty unilaterally.
Chances are the authority seeing a US address will either drop the matter all together or send you the notice. If you choose to pay, it is likely bank transaction fees may cause more than the ticket itself.
