Yes, unfortunately, part of the world is like that - - but that does not
mean that all of it automatically should be the same, and dragged down
to the lowest common denominator. That is why we should exercise
some amount of reasoned self-restraint, so that every place does not
become a competition of who cries the longest and loudest...

I suspect that Randy has either a reason to leave this forum generally
unmoderated (as a reserve container for the blow-off from other areas
of FT, such as OMNI), or simply does not have the time to 'moderate'
a forum meant for public communication with him.

I'm sure that he has enough full-time jobs, including moderating OMNI,
administration of all of FT, and other endeavors, to have have any time,
or inclination, left over to 'moderate' ORP for those of us who wish to
see if we can push the limits, expecting that 'someone' will moderate us.

I don't see that logic of us having free will, and 'having our way' with
this forum, just because no-one is stopping us.....yet.
