mamau, ground staff is ground staff. Rouge tends to leaf outports, and less picky PAX, and thus less picky AC head office suits, but even DFW (which j can't imagine visiting unless you are getting paid) has the same less attentive GAs as the vacation destinations more typically served by Rouge.
