Deltas whole “farm” catering comes across as disengenuous. It’s like those companies trying to cater to millennials but they’re actually patronizing that exact audience.
Just be honest about what you serve. Some are actually good, but never Artisan, Farm to Table or Gourmet. I also want to be able to order the meals in the pictures on the walls of the jetways. You know seared tuna wirh little sesame seed sprinkles.
