You could at least access the Air France/KLM lounge at Washington–Dulles until earlier this year. Even after this Delta-wide devaluation, there are still Priority Pass options at IAD. There is nothing at CMH.
I always kept the Air France option in mind at IAD but unfortunately my schedule never made it a viable option (first flights, then desperate to get home). The lone time in four years when I would have used it was on a four hour MX delay with an MD88 but they wouldn’t let me in because of expected occupancy from the international flights.
