It was closed when I first visited CMH in 2003.
Also---I think CMH would be an ideal candidate for an Escape Lounge. The Amex Plat-accessible Escape Lounges tend to be in smaller markets with no other clubs (e.g. GSP@1m, RNO@2m, BDL@3m, OAK@6m, etc.) with one notable exception (MSP).
