I'd have to disagree with that. "Premium Rouge" on the 763 is nothing like NA J on AC ML or even "Premium Rouge" on the 319 / 321. The seat dimensions are closer to (preferred) Y than J, the overhead bins are tiny, the crew : pax ratio is poor and the overall experience is rather absymal IME.
