Obviously not wanting to diss ORD, but what would make it so special that EK 'wouldn't offer the full flat seats'? Only a very small fraction of EK's 77W's have the 'new J', so I think ORD is very lucky in getting them almost consistently! There are many equally (or dare I say even more) important EK destinations which have never seen the full flat J seats...
