I flew YUL -> FRA back in August 2017 in J class and my seat kept inflating and deflating in flight and I thought was just normal for it to happen. Doubt I could get anything back by this point :/
Highly, highly unlikely as Customer Care now requires an Onboard Compensation (OBC) form to be submitted.
