FYI the Narita Express continues from Tokyo Station to Shinjuku, where it's easy to catch a cab or shuttle to the Park Hyatt. Just be mindful of which part of the train you are sitting in as I believe the trains split in Tokyo station and only half the cars will continue on to Shinjuku.
