But if we want to banter about with abandon, then OMNI is the
place. Unfortunately, as I said before, OMNI is moderated.
ORP, however, is unmoderated - - so it is easy to make ORP what-
ever any poster wants to make it, and to cross the line and make
ORP just like OMNI (and fortunately for some posters, unmoderated).
