if you really want lounge access, it is cheaper to get an AmEx Plat card which will get you into more lounges than E35k.
If it were $100-$200 then maybe, but it’s a rip off at that price.
Agreed. I was offered the same but at a lower price and I declined. You can buy your way into the lounge for way less than the $$ they want.
