Last month I flew a 6 segment trip with American which was serviced by British Airways. It seems they credited 3 of the legs to my account (miles, EQD's & EQM's). I called into American who said they can't do anything to credit the 3 other segments because the flights were serviced by BA. I responded with the receipt for the flights and screenshots of the booking for each flight from the BA mobile app as that's what I used to board.

Welcome to FT. First off, if you're trying to credit the miles to AA then you need to be contacting AA, so don't waste any more time contacting BA.
Second, I'm not sure who you contacted at AA (I'm guessing the normal reservations number?), but there is an online form at aa.com at the link below which is always the first place to start for a missing miles request. Typically only after you submit the online request will AA ask for any supporting documentation, and only in the rare events where there is an issue with crediting the flights.
