Angry Six Segment Itinerary operated by British Airways - Missing Miles & EQD's & EQM's

Last month I flew a 6 segment trip with American which was serviced by British Airways. It seems they credited 3 of the legs to my account (miles, EQD's & EQM's). I called into American who said they can't do anything to credit the 3 other segments because the flights were serviced by BA. They sent me an email that asked that I respond with receipt and boarding passes for each segment missing. I responded with the receipt for the flights and screenshots of the booking for each flight from the BA mobile app as that's what I used to board.

I contacted British Airways and they are pointing me back to American, American is pointing me to British, and here I sit still missing my awards for travel I completed on their planes. What to do?
