I'm about to push back for NRT-BKK. It definitely no JAL F but our seems fine. It might be a bit of a tight fit for me to sleep but I probably won't need to on this flight, despite the 9am scotch in the Sakura lounge
And certainly, plenty of room while sitting upright or reclined.
The extra 10k miles for F when available is certainly worth it IMO, but this is a fine product too.
