LBV port is the best price/performance ratio for my tastes - much of the panache of a vintage port at a fraction of the cost. Graham's is one of my favorites, too, if for no other reason than they have a lovely tasting experience in Porto that I really enjoyed.
That said, I actually think the Aussie port-style wine Delta is serving this rotation is excellent. It's in the upper half ranking of dessert wines I've had aloft, and I'd cheerfully order it again. Definitely don't discard it off hand just because it isn't from the proper appellation - it's pretty good stuff.
