Has anyone been able to figure out how to get the code for complimentary wifi? The literature states it is supposed to be available from 48hrs to 3hrs before flight, but when accessing the flight information online there was absolutely no link or anything on the website showing where to get the code.
Ground staff at SFO were clueless (but to be expected).
Onboard, FAs (even purser) were clueless.
I might e-mail BR and see if they'll somehow credit/compensate for the wifi I eventually bought on-board.
