I don't think the FS is worth the money. We really enjoyed Hotel Van Zandt down the street. To me the rooms are nicer (even after the FS renovations).

The issue with the scooters is that it's mostly kids that rent them and leave them wherever they please. Usually tossed on the ground in the middle of the sidewalk.
