I've never done this with Hyatt, but it sounds just like Marriott in that it'll be a 90 minute (boring yet pressured) sales pitch to get you to do timeshare.

Both you and your spouse/significant other (if there is one) have to attend, so if you have little kids, someone will need to watch them. Although, it might be a good technique to bring little kids to the sales pitch, and I suspect they'd get you out in less than 90 minutes if the kids were rambunctious.

I don't know if you are Globalist, but the $240 rate typically includes the resort fee, so it is a pretty reasonable rate.

My family (kids 6, 6, and 4) enjoyed the property a lot.
